I needed this textbook for a college class and was happy when I found it cheaper on amazon.com. After using this textbook in class I have to say it is a winner. It is easy to understand and has a wealth of knowledge that is useful in the marketing realm. I was impresses with the low price, fast shipping, and the excellent condition the product was in when it arrived at my house. I totally give this product and transaction five stars. Nice Job !

For anyone who is new to marketing, this book is absolutely recommended. From basics to advanced with lots of cases to put you on the seat of the Marketing Manager. Have fun...

This book was delivered on time for my class. The professor was able to create lessons from this already easy to follow book.

It is a good overview of the marketing theory, it has quite a lot of case studies (maybe too many). The theory part is sometimes a bit confusing, it lacks examples or it is not clear from the examples given what the authors meant by the different options or strategies.

Book was a good price and exactly what I needed for class.

It had so much information that i got overwhelm but then again, Marketing and I are not the best friends

Amazon text rental is great. I really hated this book and this class - I mean REALLY hated this book and class - so it was just that much better to only have rented it at a decent price than to have bought it at a usurious one.
