This oil is one of the best hair oils I have used in the past years.Pros :1. The use technique is very simple. Just applying to scalp and massage with a gentle hand.2. Personally I am a fan of the smell. It doesn't strike too strong3. I often have irritated scalp and it used to cause a lot if dandruff too. Having used this oil, my scalp is calmer n moisturized now and I don't have any dandruff either4. The oil is pure and cold pressed5. It's effect can be seen in 2 monthsCons1. Lavender can be an irritant. I have had horrible reaction once when some of the oil got into my eye while applying. So I would suggest folks to be careful of that.2. Price point is a lil high
