Poor management
I had ordered two of these, received only one. Poor management system.I called thousands of times to ask for that one carpet, but God knows what happened to that.And you don't ship orders at once.

Very thin and not worth it
Carpets are good only if they are thick. A thin carpet and poor quality dye is not worth buying. It's better to buy a carpet from offline stores.
