I own rental property and I will never pay another pest control company. One of my rental properties got bed bugs and they wanted $12,000 to tint the house and heat it. I bought temprid and follow the directions for bed bugs you don't want to make it too strong for bed bugs you got to follow the directions and it killed them the first application it eradicated them immediately there is nothing else on the market that even compares to this this will kill anything and every bug this works in your yard when one of our yards got brown patch and it killed off a bunch of their grass because of a grub I use this sprayed the grass used a water hose to get it deep in the soil and it killed the grub the grass came back it this stuff is amazing this is a synthetic killer once it dries it's safe for animals this will even kill mice because they will drink it if you spray under the counters when it's still wet of course once it's dry it won't do that but this stuff is odorless and it's got about a 3-month residual indoors it's amazing there's nothing else like it absolutely nothing else on the market compares to this I will never pay anyone else to spray for anything.

Really exterminates German cockroaches. It actually works if you use it inside outlets, in baseboard cracks, under appliances, inside the walls, behind pictures or wherever you might have seen one. Use it alongside boric acid. You don’t need a lot, but you need to do it often. Needless to say your area MUST BE KEPT VERY CLEAN, especially kitchens & bathrooms. It does not smell at all. It’s powerful, wear gloves & long sleeves, keep away from food, children & pets..

Worked as alternate listed chemical for life cycles you need to apply when find source. I use care with such chemicals. And only apply, after hours of cleaning as per, deep learning on steps to eradicate. If not prepared with knowledge will not win. But neither will extermination by experts as they expect you to deep clean prepare. Unless they have a dog, finding my source was hard. When did and sprayed every nook and cranny top to bottom and repeated with life cycle days. Can work but I alternated.

I have bought this product several times and it has taken care of the problems that we were having with bed bugs cuz no matter how hard we tried with the other sprays we just kept getting them back this literally killed them off within 3 months and I have recommended this product several times to other people and they have gotten rid of the same thing I would recommend this product wholeheartedly

Worked well for getting rid of the insects, had a huge infestation. It was easy to use. Killed the cockroaches, and continued to work even up until now./ created a barrier. It's lasted a while, but overall would get again if it needed professional help like this helps with. It's very expensive.

We bought this several years ago after a pest control company recommended it. I will never use another spray! This kills all types of bugs fast! Recently bought a home and cleaned then sprayed this before we even moved in as a precaution. The amount of beetles, and spiders we found dead within a few days was amazing!

Temprid is an Excellent product. I’ve been using it for years for maintenance spraying for bed bugs and other insects. Do your self a favor and read the EPA’s Pesticide Application Core Manual: the manual that pesticide applicators have to test to get a license to apply pesticides. One product is not sufficient to deal with BB’s, it takes a multi vector approach. I use Crossfire and Temprid FX. They’ve kept my building BB and other insects free for years. I also back it up with Diatomaceous Earth under appliances, in plumbing holes in walls, and under cabinets. Heat is not affective alone: I’ve used it alone and found that heat can be defeated by common insulating materials in a home (carpet, walls). Heat will kill them that day, but remember, BED BUGS ARE HITCH HIKERS. You can get rid of them with heat and pick up a new set while staying at a hotel, traveling on a plane, or sitting in a chair in someone’s office. You need a residual to prevent further infestation. Spraying twice in the first 30 days and once a month has solved the problem for me. Please read the EPA’s Pesticide Application Core Manual to learn which chemicals are effective, and how to use them safely.

So, I’ve been trying to get rid of a yellow jacket nest. The bee’s were behind my gutter and were in a tight spot. I used all the stuff that you can buy at the store and none of it really worked. Sure, it killed the ones that I sprayed but, not being able to spray the nest, none of it really worked. I however know someone who use to work for Orkin for a few years. He had recommended this or dust. I went with this to try it out and it WORKED. I sprayed the area where they were going back and forth right before the sun went down just so the bees coming back would get it on them. You wanna do this so the chemical then gets on them and it get inside of their nest. Anyways, by the next morning, there was absolutely nothing. Couldn’t believe how fast it had worked and it’s such a money saver. Do yourself a favor and buy this product with a sprayer. Don’t pay for pest control. Just follow the instructions and take proper caution since you’re handling a chemical.
