Sportneer Adjustable Ankle Weights, 2-10 lb per Pair, Removable Weights

Comfortable to wear, and seem well built. The weights have to be tucked in and are slightly difficult to load, but it just means that they won’t come out while you’re exercising. It’s a bit bulky compared to other ankle weights I’ve used, but worth it for the ability to adjust weight. Very happy with it so far

I really like these Sportneer adjustable ankle weights because you can change the amount of weight instead of being stuck with one resistance level. The removable weight inserts make it easy to start lighter and gradually add more weight as your workouts improve, which makes them useful for walking, leg exercises, and other home workouts. The soft neoprene material feels comfortable around my ankles and provides some cushioning so the weights don’t feel overly rough against my skin. The straps are adjustable and give a secure fit, and I like that I can tighten them enough to reduce sliding or bouncing while moving. They do add some bulk around the ankles, especially when all of the weights are inserted, but that’s expected with adjustable ankle weights. The stitching, straps, and material feel durable and have held up well with regular use. Adding or removing the individual weights is also pretty simple once you get used to it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the comfort, adjustability, fit, quality, and versatility, and I especially like being able to increase the resistance without having to purchase another set of ankle weights.

This is the first pair of ankle weights I have owned. I do like them and I like that the weight is adjustable. They are easy to get on and off. I do feel that they are a little bulky and tend to not stay in place very well. I’m often having to readjust the tightness. Wearing shoes does help and that’s easy enough. I am keeping them so the good outweighs the bad!

Very nice and adjustable ankle weight set. Recovering from a torn ACL and meniscus and I believe these will work great for my at home exercise in between physical therapy appointments because they use something very similar. Very pleased that I can adjust the weight from day today as things improve or sometimes unfortunately setback. This is exactly what I need and great value.

These are nice weights, however they do have a couple issues that I am having with them. The measurements say ankles from 7.5 inches. My ankles are 7.5 inches, yet the weights slide around because even with folding the edge over to tighten the velcro more, it is still too loose on my ankle. I am only using 2 packs right now and that may change when I increase the weight and it takes up more space up on it. While walking, they slide around until they are hurting my ankle and I have to stop and turn them. The description says 1 pound per weight. It is not, it is only 15.4 oz per weight but when you weight the whole belt it is 5 lbs. Just saying the packs of sand are not 1 pound each. They are not easy to put on and off for me. Mostly putting on as the velcro is a wide long strap and getting it secured takes a bit. The other issue is that the top of the holder comes up to show the bags. This may or may not be an issue unless the bag gets hit on something that tears it open. Overall they are nice, just not a good fit for such a small person even though they say they are. I do recommend them, just be aware of the facts stated above.

Its funny. I thought I would want weights that go up to 10 lbs ea (these are only 5lbs ea), but man, doing things like leg raises and hip movements even with a couple of lbs burns like hell. I definitely wouldnt have needed 10lb ankle weights. Good quality on the product. The weights are just little sandbags. A little annoying to add and remove, but, at least for me, Once I found a good weight, I just use that same weight for everything, so I'm not add/removing them anymore.

These are a little more bulky than I wanted, but the price is right and they work fine. Strap seems secure. No issues so far.

Nice for daily use. I am 65. I am happy with it my daily usage for my leg and hands.

Bought these for post op knee replacement exercising and physio, absolutely perfect as you can gradually increase the weight with the adjustable weight pockets. My physio actually asked to borrow them to try them out and now recommends them to clients as well - that's a definite 'highly recommend these' !
