This book is more complete and easier to read than the OMC manual I had for my 60hp. It is very good at explaining the differences of all the models it covers.

Although I would have liked this book to be more specific to my engine, it does cover everything in general for my model. The pictures are small and difficult to make out details sometimes but better than nothing I guess. It seems the writers assume you have worked on outboards before so the instructions can be a bit vague if you're not familiar or have prior mechanical experience. When the instructions say "Moderate" for difficulty, that means you should have some prior mechanical skill and experience and be prepared with proper tools and parts before starting the procedure.

All the info i want is there. This book has many model engines in it. it works fine by me. I can do all the adjustments and the specs are right there. got my outboard running again with this book.

Good manual with lots of detail and step by step instructions, as well as detailed exploded views.

A good basic book for general info but not very specific for my particular motor, 150 FICHT, it covers several different motors from several different years just as the description says

Not as great as a factory manual, but it has probably 95% or more of the information I needed.
