I used three of these to provide mounting points (high, mid, and low) for resistance bands in my workout room at home. I considered just using the straps you close in a door, but my interior doors are kind of flimsy and I was worried about damaging them. This kit allowed me to tap into a wall stud, and not having to worry about them pulling out of sheetrock. I can use multiple heavy bands on a single hook with no worries. I did add a large carabiner to each anchor to allow me to pass the bands thru more quickly, even keeping the handles attached. These are very sturdy and I'm confident I'll get years of use out of them.

I bought these so I could mount my projector screen to the ceiling in my basement. They come with the drywall anchors & work great to hold up my pull-down 100 inch projector screen. I have had no issues with these at all, even with my kids pulling on the projector screen. Great product & they are definitely strong enough for my use!

I had a problem attaching a cover over an above ground pool that is partially surrounded with a deck. This product enables me to accomplish the tie-down without being overly invasive. The stainless steel construction should stand up against the weather and splashes from the pool salt water.

These are well made. I did open up the holes a little and mounted them by through bolting with 10-24 machine screws. The loops are welded to the pads.
