Really good and effective extract.

Be careful with green tea extract
There can be serious side effects to green tea extract. I took one cap early morning and could not sleep at night. After a week I stopped. It is not about the brand. Green tea is good, but green tea extract probably is overdosing!

中身がオレンジ色っぽい茶色のパウダーのカプセル。１錠で400mgの緑茶抽出物が摂取できるので、普段コーヒーが多くてお茶を飲む機会がすくないため助かっています。正直「これのお陰で～」みたいなのはわかりません。かれこれ５年ぐらい飲んでいますが・・・(笑)一番気になる海外からの発送でしたがしっかり記載の納期以内に届きました。さすがに国内のように注文翌日に欲しいような方には無理ですが、多少余裕をもって注文しましょう！
