I love it !!! Ive been looking for this product since we move to area with no Asian store. Glad Amazon has it. Im very particular when product or brand. And this one is perfect for my Bihon recipe, noodle soup, and any dishes I love to cook. Great quality, great for the price, texture is amazing and taste really great along other ingredients.

Although they require a soak before cooking, this step helps them soften evenly and ensures they don’t clump or break apart in the pan. The noodles came out perfect! Every time I used it, it it cooked perfectly and tasted so good! I ended up getting a wok, there was not enough space in a 12 inch pan to mix all the ingredients the veggies kept falling out of the pan. I had to use large bowls to mix everything.
