Does this bag come with the light blue lining? Love this bag but the lining makes it look cheap, has anyone got this with black lining?

Yes, the bag comes with a light blue lining. We don't get to pick the color of lining, but I personally think the light blue lining looks good--not cheap at all! All the other bags--navy, onyx floral, and sterling shimmer--also come with light blue lining. I like it.

What size laptop does it hold?

I carry a 14 inch Asus Zenbook in a tight fitting envelope cover and it mostly fills the width of the pocket. It may fit a 15 inch but it will be tight. It is an awesome bag though.

what is the drop legnth on the 2 handles?

The Baggallini site says it is 14"; however, when I measured mine it was 15".
