Especially the spaghetti. If you've tried a variety of GF pastas you've experienced the mealy, the disintegrates-too-fast-in-boiling-water, the chewy, the flavorless and worse. This is by far the best brand with the best formula and the spaghetti particularly stands out. That slight, satisfying resistance as you chew makes eating spaghetti a pleasure. And it's gotta hold up to sauce. This one delivers. Have found no other that does. Pricy so set your priorities.

Well, at least it's almost like regular spaghetti. My family doesn't notice the difference, and it's a lot better than most gluten free spaghetti's. And I like it that it's the same color as regular spaghetti. But don't put oil in the water when you cook it. It says that somewhere on the package, but I didn't notice it at first.

This is a RICE and LENTIL product not a typical gluten-free product. And NOT returnable! Buyer beware! The ingredients should be explicit and the (NO) return policy should be highlighted. This is at a level of false advertising.

This is the absolute best spaghetti for gluten free lovers. Follow directions and you wont even notice it is gluten free!
