Does it measure grains?

I wouldnt trust this scale to weigh anything you want an exact weight for .even after calibrating it a dollar does not weigh 1.17....

This thing is supposed to read to within 0.1 grain, but it keeps moving in 0.2-grain increments. Did I waste my money?

You are wrong on the sensitivity of the scale. It's supposed too read down to .01 grain not .10 . .01 grain is lighter than .10 grain.

How do I change measure to oz?

Easy, once powered on, select mode button to select weight option desired.
