Cesar Millan Dog Whisperer Healthy Beef Liver Bites/Treats For Dogs

We are huge fans of Cesar's from his early Dog Whisperer days and thought this must be a top notch product for Cesar to endorse it. Not so. We have gone all natural with our dog - she eats home cooked, carefully prepared foods and we are very particular about the ingredients in store bought treats. These beef liver treats were awful; they were so hard & craggy, our dog could not chew them. I hope Cesar reads this and looks into modifying the way they are processed. On the plus side, Cesar's Healthy Beef Pizzle sticks were good - our dog liked them and they seemed a good quality and didn't stink like some of them can. They are 4" and most likely intended for smaller dogs. One of her favorite treats is O'PAWS dried turkey hearts and we highly recommend them.... would have included the link, but I'm not sure they are available through Amazon anymore.

My dog loves these. Whenever I mention the word "treat" she comes running for one of these. They are her favorite.

I gave these to my little girl and she has been sick vomiting for 2 days ! they are hard as rocks but she seemed to like them so I gave her several more. Yesterday she vomited them up whole -- they never broke down in her tummy. today 2 days after I gave them to her she vomited again and there was another whole nugget in there. I was online looking if there was a recall on these but have not seen any. They cant be good if they can't pass --- I think would make her bleed too -- she is a 12 lb dog. The thought of these shape bids trying to pass through her intestines has me concerned. Hopefully she threw them all up.

I gave my dog about 6 of these treats over a 2 day period. I did not change any other part of his diet. He had bloody diarrhea all day on the third day. I never gave him the treats again and he never had bloody diarrhea again. Coincidence? Perhaps.
