This is slightly better than the manual that comes with the phone, but only just. In fact, it basically is the manual but with more colourful pages. And just like the manual, there is very little in the way of actual advice as to how you should utilise the different functions the phone offers.Let me give an example. One of the most important settings on the phone is the "Auto-update apps" setting. This can be set to three different options:1. Do not auto-update apps.2. Auto-update apps at any time.3. Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only.Now, unless there is a very good reason not to (perhaps you have unlimited data), you should have No.3 ticked. The reason is simply that unless you have unlimited data, app updates will eat into your data allowance.Which option does this book advise you to use? It doesn't, it simple advises you, like the manual, of the 3 options. What a waste of time.And it's like this throughout the whole book (I read up to p.432). Its delivered in an incredibly dry fashion, the only time it ever gets interesting are the few sections scattered throughout the book called "It's Not All Good" where the author actually wakes up and gives an opinion about something.In conclusion, I do not recommend this book and suggest if you're thinking of getting a guide for this phone, to keep looking.

Being new to Smartphones I wanted a full yet simple guide at hand. I was very pleased with my purchase has all the information that I need and more. Purchased very good used copy just like new.Thank you Amazon
