easy to use and the best
Built garage door post which had become rotten at the base with large gap. After watching the company video on how to use it,I decided to use Ronseal wood hardener on the rotten bits the day before and on the second day applied some more wood hardener before applying this abtron wood epoxy which worked like magic. It is semi solid almost and just nead it like bread dough.I have now got a structure almost as solid as a rock and by the way delivery was next day which is really excellent

Hard to get out but mixes easily and sets hard
Works well though seems hardish to get out of the tub. Once out is is very soft and mixes well together. It is easy to apply and seems quite hard when set properly. I can not yet vouch for the longevity as I have only had it about a week. But so far so good and I would buy it again.

Great stuff
I had seen a different product - PC Woody - being used but couldn't find a way to buy it in the UK, so thought I should try WoodEpox, and I'm very pleased with the results. The ability to combine two seemingly inert putty-like substances and generate something that hardens to be like rock is really kind of magical. As the instructions say, you need to make sure you thoroughly mix the stuff from the two pots and be careful to avoid cross contaminating the containers. The mixture is easier to manage by hand than with a palette knife. At first I didn't think it was working as it stayed soft, then a few hours later bingo - you can knock on it and get a satisfying sound. I'm yet to sand it and paint, but very impressed so far.

Wood filler for making shapes......
Wow what a great product. First of all I would say this is the first time I have used this as I needed to replace a window frame with shaping to it.. It did take a little bit of getting used to as it is nothing like Other wood fillers. ie good for shaping filling missing wood and things you need to mould to a shape. One thing I would say is this doesnโt sand down that easy so over filling in defiantly not the best method. When this sets itโs more like plastic than wood filler.

Usefull easy product to use, if a bit on the expensive side.
This product was easy to mix, found kneeding with gloved hands best. most importantly found it easy to sand down to required profile using production paper. the only disadvantage is smoothing the surface with a putty knife as it tends to drag, soyou will need to finish of with the putty knife frequently dipped in water

not worth it
Not good. After thoroughly mixing it would not spread or adhere to anything. Had to chuck it out. Never again. Later on I discovered a crack in one of the tubs. Could be the cause of the problem maybe

it is a good product that drys into a very stable substance that ...
Overall, it is a good product that drys into a very stable substance that is very hard, tool-able, and paint-able. But, it doesn't work like the traditional putties that I've used. It is not always easy to work , because of it's stiff , yet still pliable consistency. So, once I pressed it into the hole I was filling, it was difficult to trowel it down with a putty knife, in order to level it off to the hole's upper edge. So, since I didn't realize how hard it would be to level it with a putty knife, I ended up putting too much woodepox in the hole. Normally, I think most people would rectify this issue by aggressively sanding it down to the hole's edge, and the level of the the item being filled, but I was working in a very tight fitting area, which had no room for aggressive sanding. So, I don't recommend using this product in a very tight area, unless you don't care about how it will look, and just want a functional fill that does the job of keeping the area protected from the elements. And, I also don't recommend using this product in an area that is difficult to access with an electric sander, because if you put in in too high, then you're stuck with it being too high. On the flip side, it is easy to mix, and can be done by hand,. I spooned equal portions of part A and B onto a board, and then picked it up with my hand, and mixed it by hand , while wearing latex gloves. No accurate measuring is necessary, and eye- balling the equal proportions is adequate, and I've had no problems with getting the right amounts .. So , while mixing, and kneading it by hand, it is ready to use when there is a uniform color throughout, with no streaking that is caused by one of the parts not being completely mixed in. So, when it is uniform in color, and feels like a stiff, yet pliable clay , it is ready to be pushed into the opened area.. Overall, this material dries to an amazingly hard substance that looks as though it will last for years. But, learning how to work it, at least for myself, will take more practice.

Wood epoxy
The epoxy jars are both dry, I didn't expect that. Mixing was a bit tough but worked great. Made a very solid bend on very old cracked wood! Filled large areas and sanded great! Painted looked great.

There is plenty of time to apply before product begins to get hard.
I used less than half of the two part epoxy. That was enough for the item I had to repair. I used a small putty knife and removed half of the product from each container and proceeded to knead the two parts like dough in my hands. After several minutes I applied the material to my repair. I found it easy to use and exceptionally easy to sand by hand.
