Great knee pads so far
First knee pad I’ve purchased. My thigh is 18.5 and these are larges. Fit is spot on. The thigh portion of the sleeve did have a tendency to slide down a bit during my first ride on them but I was wearing under armor spandex underwear that go down below the knee with these over.. so maybe on bare skin it won’t do that? Even though the thigh “cuff” slid down, the knee pad stayed in place. Haven’t crashed on them and ideally won’t, but I’m happy with them. I do think it may have contributed to being hotter on the trail today too, 90 degree day and I felt noticeably warmer with these on. Oh, also they did not effect my peddling at all.

What I was looking for.
These fit good and stay in place well. Worth the money.

These are a great knee pad but I seem to be in between ...
These are a great knee pad but I seem to be in between the medium and the large. The medium is too tight around the thigh so I tried the large. The large sleeve fits my leg perfectly, but the padding digs into my shin. I guess when the material warms up it would get more flexible, but I ride in the winter a lot. The search for the perfect knee pad continues. Give them a shot... if you like the fit they would be awesome.

Ni cinching straps-just elastic stretch
I like the fit and slimness of these knee pads. I havent used them enough to comment on how they will hold up over time.

Great comfort and protection reviews but serious quality concerns.
I should have heeded the previous reviews. I had read several external reviews praising the comfort and protection...but none of that matters if it doesn't hold up. Right out of the package the seam of one of the knee pads was separating! I still had the tags on it (photos included) and never even got to ride with them. Normally I would have just exchanged them, but several others on here are having the same problem, so I guess I'll look at other brands. If you are reading this review, you probably should too!

Great
These look very high quality and also the protection extends to the shin. They have a knee-cup so they should stay in place. As for size, I wear a small in most knee-pads but a small in these were a bit too tight for me. So that is some evidence to consider a larger size if you are in-between on the size chart.

Let down by durability issues.
I really wanted to like these as they are compact and have the best ratio of protection vs impact to pedaling. However, I wouldn’t recommend these for durability issues. The back mesh material is very thin and I ripped one pad the first time trying them on. I Chauked that to user error. However after only 3 rides with these pads, and no crash impacts, I found this huge rip where the pad attaches to the knee sleeve. Very disappointing.

Comfortable
I ended up changing them as the first ones were too small so check your sizing I had to reorder elsewhere as at the time my size was not available, with the correct ones on I find them very comfortable while riding and the go through the washing machine with a normal load of bike kit no problem, the only downside is the mash material does seem to rip if you catch them on aggressive pedal studs hence the 4 stars.

Good product, inaccurately described
Disappointed that the item was discounted but not listed at damaged. An extended section has stretch damage down the side so the item obviously had been worn before and returned. This should have been listed to explain the low purchase price.Still keeping the item and happy with it otherwise. Have decided to repair it myself rather than return.Low score because of lack of clarity in description.

Top Protektor trotzdem andere behalten
