Due to medication I can't take ibuprofen so this is an excellent alternative. It compares very favourably on Amazon compared to supermarkets and Boots so well worth it.

Didnโt work on my arthritis
Unfortunately didnโt touch my arthritis pain in my toe or my knees. But smells nice and applies nicely and Iโm sure it does help with certain types of pain.
