The barrels are 90% tungsten and 10% nickel. The shaft is a different part listed as being aluminum in some graphics and nylon in others. Which is it?

The shafts that come attached to the dart are aluminum, but the replacement shafts are nylon. So this set comes with each type of shaft.

What extra shaft parts can i order for this?

You can order any shaft stems you'd like. I put some aluminum medium length shafts on mine. Shaft stems are universal for the most part. Some high end days like Phil Taylor have special stems but only a select few.
