Organic ground cloves is very good, I use it everyday in my teas and cooking

Very Satisfied with the flavor of these Cloves. I like the glass bottle it comes in with an easy to dispense inside cap., good quantity of cloves for the money.

I use this Simply Organic ground ginger root to make hot ginger tea for it's anti inflammatory health benefits. I put a teaspoon of the ginger powder in hot water and mix. It has a spicy warm ginger taste. Sometimes I also add some raw honey to sweeten it. I like that it comes in a glass bottle instead of the usual nowadays plastic bottle. I threw away the plastic inner cap with sprinkling holes so I can fit my teaspoon inside. The cover is also metal and not plastic. I like that it is certified USDA Organic. The ginger powder is fine and not grainy. I also use it for cooking when I don't have fresh ginger lying around. I am happy with this ginger powder and will buy it again.

Excellent flavor. A bit browned that the less expensive, but redder cloves I have already. I like that it is in glass bottle, not plastic. I use cloves in cooking but also on top od my sink and drainer to add fresh sent to kitchen and mask what I have not yet removed as trash. I empty drainer contents into cleaned plastic bags and sprinkle cloves inside the bag. When I open to put more drainer trash in it I di not smell spoilage. As soon as the bag is full I pur it in the trash when I can take the trash out. This keeps insects and potential rodents from coming to my kitchen. I learned this from my grandmother. I do add a bit more cloves if I cannot take out the trash or the bag is not full after 2 to 3 days. But my main use is cooking. Especially on ove baked or sliw cooked BBQ ribs and chicken.
