I try to stop eating sugar for health benefit but i still eat sugar in natural form from fruits and veg. Sometimes if i cannot use raw honey i will use this especially in baking. I cannot tell a difference but my husband who is a serious sweet tooth person can tell that i am not using castor sugar but overall its still good and both of us do not get any side effect from using this in our drinks, muffins, desserts, cakes etc. I been using this for 2 years now, i am satisfied and not looking for other alternative.

My husband is diabetic but does like his sweet stuff, so I use this in my baking as a substitute for sugar. If I make something especially for him I completely swap the sugar for xylitol (same quantity as sugar) if I make for the family I substitute half the quantity of sugar. Good quality Xylitol is an excellent sugar replacement - less calories, low Glycemic Index - head and shoulders above "white death".As Xylitol is quite expensive, buying in bulk like 6x1kg is good solution to reduce the price - that combined with use in moderation means it lasts long time.

This product although being very expensive compared with ordinary sugar is a good safe alternative for those of us that can't use ordinary sugar

very simmilar to suggar, no aftertaste like with most of other suggar substitutes, sweetness of xilitol is just slightly less harsh than your regular suggar.
