Not command strip. Use dental floss and then adhesive remover on chunks left on wall.

Would these hooks work with a Merkur double edge razor or any double edge razor since the heads are larger?

I have a double edge razor on mine and it fits with no issue. My razor is fairly heavy and no problem with that either.
