The suction cup doesn't adhere to the tile. Tried everything. Any suggestion?

If it is not glossy tile then you are probably out of luck. For example, there is no suction cup in the world that is going to stick to the 12X24 stone-look stone-texture porcelain tile I put into my new shower since it is, well, stony and will leak air.

Is the blade supposed to be very stiff or somewhat flexible? Sent first one back because blade was super stiff; same issue with second

I had the same issue with the blade. The product would be much more efficient with a flexible blade.I believe another OXO model that is white and has a bulbous/knobby handle has a thinner blade that makes it better at “squeegeeing” water.
