Love these multis because they're made from wholefood but the price leaves a little to be desired.

This was my choice for a healthy vitamin supplement. Threw out the Centrum Silver. Most of the vitamins out there are manufactured with bad ingredients and stuff that's bad for you in the fillers. Some here say B12 produces cyanide. Poppycock. Or that Vit E and Selenium causes cancer. Stop. If you're going to glean information from the Internet, at least do a thorough research. Also, Supplements are not a substitute for a good diet and exercise. They are not magic beans. A few well made choices in your diet is best along with a well made vitamin supplement. And to those people who say if you eat right you don't need supplements... True. But the vast majority of us don't eat right. Would definitely recommend these vitamins.

These are the only vitamins I use. Best ingredients, no upset stomach.
