A good book. Our pastor is presenting a sermon serious based on this book and it goes along to help understand the sermons. It provides good insight into God's role in determining our bodies. After you read this book, you will see that there is a higher power involved in our development.

Well written. Has you thinking of things you may not have before. I love this author. I wish he had written more books prior to his death in 2019☹️

I am a psychology professor, clinical psychologist and a follower of Jesus. Rob captures much of current research and presents most of it accurately. But what he shares beautifully is how really the Bible is the most scientifically correct book that portrays the universal truth of God's purpose. Well worth the read.

This book has given me a lot to think about as far as my attitudes and behavior are concerned. I look forward to improving both health and spirituality by using his ideas and probably reading the book again. A lot to take in.

I am a Physician and have practiced for nearly 50 years. Rob Moll's book is one of the most well researched and thoughtful books written by a "Layman to Medicine". His deep Personal expressions w well validated Science -Deeply enriches all of us willing to see God and Experience God in our very own Body! Reading the 3rd time!

Insightful and practical book looking at the implications of human physicality (especially the brain) for Christian spirituality. The author provides a helpful overview of current neurological findings (without becoming too technical), and suggests applications for Christian spiritual disciplines and community life.

Reading this book helped me understand the importance of sustained, intense prayer.

Thoughtful and introspective; it provided insights worth considering.

This book is brilliant! It is a fascinating explotof the connection between neuroscience, biology, psychology, theology and faith. I am 2/3 of the way through and I know it deserves a second reading. I am a theology student, it was recommended by one of my lecturers. I cannot recommend it highly enough and it is an easy, absorbing read. Seriously, read this book!!

Only read about 1/4 of the book so far but the complexity of the mind and body is fascinating!!Learning so much about how great is God
