Stir occasionally during the melting process. 5.Turn to position 0 after using the unit. Unplug from the scoket. 6.Cleaning the appliance and the molds: Never immerse your chocolatiere in water. Wipe it with a damp cloth. Rinse the melting pot and the moulds with hot water. Melting pot and plastic moulds are not dishwasher safe!
