Buyer beware, 2021 acura rdx a spec front rotors and brake pad kit was ordered on March 16th 2026 installed on March 17 2026 and rotors are already warped with a terriable shake in steering wheel upon braking, customer services warranty claim wants mechanic documentation that they are indeed warped so be prepared to pay a mechanic the cost of the rotors or more for warranty, they also said I could provide a video or picture as evidence, asked if I was just supposed to record steering wheel shaking or what they needed, this seemed to be an option for them but keep in mind the buyer pays the shipping for new rotors, shipping is 50$ this is just slightly less than half the total cost for the complete kit. You will not recieve customer service with these and the 10yr warranty claim rather they have several loop holes to insure you do not get the help that is needed and thats also if you can actually understand the sales person talking to you, if you get the drift
