Perfect for golf sim impact screen
These tarp clips did a fantastic job holding my golf sim impact screen in place. Super‑tight grip, no slipping even when the fabric got stretched tight, and setup was quick. Strong little upgrade that keeps everything tidy and stable. Perfect size for 10'x8.5' enclosure use and a great value for what you get.

Great solution for hard to fit items
Most recently I used these clips to cover the engine and controls for the snowblower and they worked perfectly. There is a lot of wind and heavy snow in my area and I needed something easy to protect the engine and controls so it can be left in a convenient place for the unpredictable storms near me. These clamps and cords are easy to use and I covered the snowblower in under 5 minutes. I love that the bungees and clamps can be used separately for hard-to-fit items (ie. I used just the bungees to secure the tarp through several of its grommets and used both a clamp and a bungee to secure the sides). See pic. Separately, the clamps are great for attaching longer bungee cords around covers that don’t have grommets (ie. I also use the clamps to secure the boat cover). The clamps are heavy plastic with an adjustable knob that secure well to both plastic tarps and heavy material sheeting. The bungees in this set are best for use in shorter distances and have also come in handy to secure a bag of vacuum attachment to my vacuum while storing. There are endless uses for this set and I definitely recommend them.

If you need it to stay in place, really stay in place, these are for you
I needed clips that would hold a reflective tarp on the tops of our hybrid camper tent beds - and I needed something that could withstand the winds and still hold in a storm without damaging the canvas fabric. I tried several products without any luck, and then I found these. They have gripper ends, teeth kind of - they grip super tight, they don't slip and they don't tear the canvas. I actually put a piece of fabric between the teeth and canvas to make sure I don't wreck the canvas, and it still holds with an iron grip. These are made of really sturdy plastic material, they will hold a lot of weight and would be very difficult to damage or break. There's a screw that gets turned so they can be as loose, or as tight as you need for your particular project. Honestly, the things these would work great for are limitless...they are very handy to keep around.

These are GREAT! Turn to tighten, turn to loosen
I wish I had known about these tarp clips years ago, as I would probably saved many, many hours of having to creatively string tarps just so the grommets would match up. Now, where ever I need a grommet, I can put one of these little clamps. They are kind of like old-fashioned clothespins without the spring, except that they will stay where you put them. After you put the tarp or whatever you're hanging into the 'mouth', you turn a small knob that closes the mouth tightly to hold your item. To release the mouth, you just turn the knob the other direction. Simple. The clips are made from heavy duty plastic, and seem really durable and well made. When I needed to hang a shade cloth to protect our newly seeded lawn, these clips made it very easy to put up and to take down. I keep them in my bungee box, because just like bungees, you never know when you're going to need one, but you know you're going to. An essential item for sure.

Must Have Kit
These are the best quality tarp clips and ball bungees, period! Whether you have tarps or not, this set of 12+12 is a must have kit to have around the home or shop. The quality is first class. Thick, elastic bungee cord, and high quality plastics for the ball and clips. The locking mechanism on the clip is flawless, and the teeth provide plenty of bite for clamping on TIGHT. I personally have lots of tarps, so I've come to appreciate items like this. They expand the capability of tarps in ways you just can't imagine, and that's the beauty of them. They come to the rescue in ways you just never know are possible. And the same goes for other applications. Bottom line, this product belongs in every homes utility box, go box, bug-out bag, or even in the car, ready for service when the need arises. And this particular brand is TOPS. I highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They work fine for me.
I'll just get this out of the way first. I'm not a fan of ball bungees but they came with the set so maybe I'll find a use for them but I doubt it. I have ropes and other bungees with hooks to use with these. I have read through a lot of the reviews just to see if there's some aspect I may have not considered yet. I can't speak to their problems since I wasn't there, but I can tell you I've had none of those particular problems. These clamps open up enough to accommodate any tarp. In fact they open up enough to accommodate a quilt, a blanket and a sheet all at the same time with room left over. The ones I received open to a width of 5/8 of an inch. And I like that the screw will not come all the way out. Once it reaches its maximum opening width it just spins at that point. The screw may have been redesigned since some of the reviews were written since some of them date back to 2018. I tried to duplicate their failures and couldn't do it. I cinched it down and turned until it became painful and there was no indication of stress or failure. These things clamp down tight. I have tried to pull them off the material they were on and they didn't let go. And even though I don't like this particular style of bungee, they are, themselves, pretty well made. I pulled as hard as I could to try to cause a failure and could not break it or even make the knot inside the ball fail. I think this product will work in most reasonable applications.

Great Clips for Tarps, Extra Strong and Secure
I’ve used a few other brands and styles of clamps for attaching to tarps over the years but these are the best I have seen. I really like the threaded-knob for controlling the amount of pressure being applied to the clamp and the tarp. The alligator-byte clamp ensures that the tarp will remain secure without slipping, even in high wind conditions. As for the included bungee cords, I don’t have a use for them since they are so small and lightweight. I need commercial-grade, heavy duty rubber bungee cords since I have to contend with a lot of wind-driven rain that attempts to turn my tarps into boat sails. Even without the small bungee cords, this is a reasonable price for the heavy-duty clamps. Only time will tell if the plastic can withstand exposure to the sun and ultraviolet rays that are a death sentence for most plastics.
