How often should apply the product?

We recommend using this product once a month mixed with the 30g of the SDL Reparative Mask. Apply heat once the mixture has been applied to activate the product.

Does the sos oil expire? I’ve had mine for sometime in the medicine cabinet and when I went to use it the vials were cloudy inside.

Hello, yes, products have about a year shelf life. If this product is cloudy and doesn’t look like the original formulation within the vial we do not recommend you use it.

Does it help against frizz and humidity?

The light purple packaging works better for frizz, but ALL of there products are very good. This one you are asking about helps with hair breakage.

Can I use it every week? I also bought the mask and for the first time I mixed the mask with this product, heated up and left for 10 minutes.

If your hair is really damaged it is recommended once a week. Mixing it with the mask is correct and leaving it on for 10 minutes is perfect.

I followed the instructions clearly but it didnt improve my hair condition - my hair was still dry and frizzy, no change at all. I didnt have a heated hair cap so i opted blowdrying my hair then iron, then rinse again. Despite the long process, hair didnt improve. 3 stars for the quick delivery and the item arriving in good condition
