It's constructed of dense, fire retardant foam that effectively provides maximum support. Features concave sides for added comfort. Equipped with soft contact closure foam laminate straps which help keep your lower extremities in the correct position and allows for quick, easy adjustments. It can be hand washed with a mild detergent; simply allow to air dry. Universal design is intended for both men and women.

Review: Hip abduction pillow - Just what was needed. Had the right amount of softness to make it comfortable and stiffness to make it functional. Adjustable straps. Used a cloth, hospital style, chux underneath incase of incontinence as not sure it could be cleaned if soiled.
Review: Exactly the same abduction pillow that the hospital used. - This is exactly what mom was given at the hospital, so we could clean one while she wore the second one. Thankfully mom does not need it anymore, and she is not dead. You can machine wash these when they get soiled. The nursing home will NOT wash these, so you have to get one to use while you wash the one from the hospital elsewhere.

A: * Yes, there are several Replacement  Velcro straps available.

**Q: Does this contain latex at all?**
A: No latex its foam and i believe the straps are nylon or similar material .

**Q: My sons age is 5, he’s having a trouble with the legs, is that small pillow fits on him?**
A: This Angular Foam will do just fine.  it will hold his legs and not hurt him.

A: I don't remember the exact dimensions, however we wound up cutting it down. It did what it was supposed to do.
