Very comfortable.
I bought these yoga blocks because the ones I had was too hard. These blocks are lovely and soft to sit on and light to use with any yoga poses. My Yoga instructor saw and asked when I bought it from so she could buy some for herself. I highly recommend this product.

Avoid!
Should’ve listened to the other bad review! These are not finished in any way, they are basically 2 pieces of insulation. The foam is dusty/ the fibres come off on your hands and any surface they touch. I don't want to handle them let alone use them. Total waste of money. Avoid!!

good for resting yin poses
Fine for sitting or to support yin poses. These blocks are not as stiff as I would like for balancing poses.

Excellent support for head in Pilates classes.
Good quality clean, strong block. Used for Pilates. Head placement and for use with some exercises.

Beware of odour
They smell. I wonder if they are insulation just cut in a yoga mat shape. Either way, returning them!
