Bait and switch
What you see is not what you get. The Bamboo mask pictured is super soft and comfortable. What I received (twice) is the blue cotton sleep mask which is half the price and not nearly as comfortable. So now I’ll be returning this again, this time for a full refund.

Not the item ordered
I did not get the bamboo sleep mask. Instead, I got a cotton one( cheaper version not as soft). The item I received was different from the description and the picture.
