Update-Good customer service
Update-Quit working after 45 days. Seller replied and refunded purchase price for defective unit.Does not align correctly with holes in plastic shroud for 2003 GMC Envoy XL SLT. I had to install it without putting the original round plastic cover back on because the screw holes were off by about 30° compared to the original. The vent hose and electrical connection could not be made with the cover on so I had to install the new blower and leave the cover off. I would have returned it to get a different one with proper fit but it is snowing today and I need the heater working.

Knock and whine!
The product fit like was stated but when installed it had a knock and a whine

Not OEM
Not a direct replacement,It does not seal well on the housing.It does not have a motor cooling tube.

Make sure it is exactly what you want , some fit but aren’t the same as your taking out
