Works great for my use
I have dolls and it looks great on the one I got it for, fits her perfect she's a 21 inch doll, this specific size will not fit a 16inch doll at all I learned that, for real babies it's probably prefect for newborn to 3months

Prefer the snaps, and some leakage as the child gets older
They changed these from snaps to velcro, and we think that the snaps were better. Also, as the child gets bigger, there's an occasional leak through the leg.

Seems big for a 9mo despite what others have said.
I bought a couple of these in a large for my nephew because he was gifted some small thirsties that were way to small ( he is a big boy and I think was just too big by the time he was gifted the smalls). I bought them because when his daytime pocket CD’s are stuffed to max for overnight he becomes real bottom heavy and it looks a a little uncomfortable to me. He is 9 months now so I decided to get the large because he is like 25 pounds so the weight requirement for the large didn’t seem too far away. Plus he has a lot of snap diapers and I prefer the ease of hook and loop. They just came in today so I haven’t used them yet but by looking at them they appear to big to me. Won’t know until I put one on him I guess but honestly they look like they’d be better suited for a 2-5 year old. Maybe they just look bigger than there are. Also they must be made differently than the smalls I have because they feel starcher. I’ll probably update this with a photo once I have him in one. One last thing is there is some kind of red crayon like stain on the Velcro. Not a huge issue but still odd as I didn’t receive anything that could have done it so it got it before it was packaged.Edit: He is wearing one for the first time tonight and while it does fit, I was right that it is big for a 25 pound 9 month old. I hope it doesn't leak as it looks tight on him but the leg area seems real loose. (See picture)

Medium size - Works on size two (2) honest brand
These are great for elimination communication (EC) because this with just a prefold helps them tell better when they’re wet. Instead of changing disposables with a tiny amount of pee, he’s a little more likely to tell me when he needs his toilet. Before I was throwing out pricey disposable diapers that he knew were a little wet 5 times a day (spoil’y boy :)) We were burning through Honest brand diapers! (Which are awesome! But again, not great for elimination communication purposes at his young age.)Have been using the small duo wrap in size Small but I felt like my dude is getting close to outgrowing it. Ordered this to be prepared just in case and it looks like this works too! I wish I had ordered the one that adjusts rise but this is fine. He’s a bit on the long side so we never had to adjust the rise on the small and the little buttons press into his legs leaving marks in his chunk. I would rather just deal with the high rise of the medium so now I’m glad I found this style.Only had a couple of what was likely user-error leaks with this cover. Really rocks!Reference: He wears a size 2 in Honest brand. He just turned 3 months old and is on the bigger side for his age.

Wish the seller would post the months to weight info that is on the tags
So I’m giving this four stars because it works as it should. Is completely water proof except if you were to get pee or poop in the white lining of the thighs. I love the leg gusset area it really helps for no poop or pee to come out. My girl gots chunk yo thighs so some times I can’t really tuck those areas in her legs so I just wrap it around her thigh instead of tucking anything in. I think this would work great if you have a baby that fits the traditional height to weight areas. My girl is 4 months and 18lbs. So when I see that it says it fits from 18-28lbs I bought that one thinking she’ll grow into it and it won’t be too bad. But what I didn’t know is that on the tag it says 9-30 months 18-28lbs?! So yeah it fits her but I can’t tell she isn’t too comfortable in it. Since she isn’t long enough for it the Velcro just sits too high up on her too high up. Hopefully as she grows it’ll fit her better.

Great diaper covers
We used bumkin and bummis diaper covers, but this one is much superior and we have been using these every day for the past 9 months with my little girl. We use cloth diapers (have since the beginning) and love this diaper cover. It really does not let any wetness through at all (unlike Bumkin, which I would find slightly damp a lot on the outside of the cover if my little girl peed too much). Also, when she was a newborn she would have lots of explosion poops, and the leg gussets (the extra scrunch around the leg holes) really kept the explosions in the diaper. Pretty easy to clean and you just throw into the wash and we typically line dry to keep their use longer. The small size lasted us until she was 8 months. We had about 12 diaper covers we alternated between with her cloth diapers and about two we threw away after 8 months because the velcro was no longer sticky. So we will be able to use the other ten with our future kid, but not sure for how long the velcro will hold out. The medium size we just bought and the new velcro works great (like the old diapers did at first). So it is a money saver for sure, but velcro will not last forever. Also can try to resew the velcro instead of throwing out the entire diaper which will be cheaper. We had one button diaper but it was just too much effort each time, especially in the middle of the night (and we are not the type of people to shy away from effort). We found the velcro was easiest even though it does only last for about 8 months or so. Great diaper covers though!

Great for use as the smallest size covers in your diaper stash. Skip the newborn size and use these as they will last longer.I usually prefer snaps but the velcro on these is good quality, plus I prefer velcro for newborns as you are able to get a better fit.

Love them !
These are my absolute favourite diaper covers . We bought a bunch second hand and it came with a couple of different brands and thristies won because they were easy to use , stayed put and didn't leak . Also we feel our baby got the most time out of the one size so it was an obvious choice when it was time to move up .

I love the double gusset and how the aplix can be applied on itself. It definitely helps with my skinny baby. I purchased another brand that had a 1 step adjustable rise and love that as it will give these newborn diapers some more longevity and that is why it's only 4 stars.
