Cracking bit of kit for the money. In fact, it would still be a cracking bit of kit at twice the money. Standard size, top spiral bound, reporter's notebook (140mm x 210mm, or thereabouts) drops in a treat. Very sticky Velcro-type accessories, included with the item, actually work very well. There are Velcro-type panels, all over the place, so customisation is simple. The ring binder gizmo, which sticks to the Velcro-type stuff, on the spine of the cover, was no use to me at all so I simply removed it. Struggling, at this point, to write anything negative but I would say, as a suggestion for an additional positive, that a choice of colours would be good. 'Yer basic green and black options, maybe?

Better than the issued crap! Taken mine to the Dessert so got cooked up for 6 months, didn’t fade and nice that you can remove the notepad holder and just wash the rest of it. Worked great for what I needed, taking notes off locals all the time so she got some use. Loads of pockets and pen holders too. Maybe my only pick up would be it could use some sort of exterior clip system so I could attach it to a lanyard as I would have liked it secure to me . There is an inside clip I smashed some Cord through but it would be nicer on the outside. To keep the dust out of the wallet.

Bought for my son to use on Geography field trip. Although we purchased this specific one in case of rain/wet weather it didn't actually rain at all when he was away, however he said it was really useful in keeping his stuff together, organised, lots of useful pockets/sections etc. Can't really give it 5 stars as wasn't really tested to the max. But it's small and compact so perfect for that sort of thing though. Would recommend

This would be absolutely perfect for me in every way had the quality have been better. Unfortunately the seem has come away from the body panel on the front and it beginning to fall apart after 1 Range outing.

Brilliant product. Great for outdoors and all weathers. Lots of room inside for those extra bits and pieces. Sturdy and no-nonsense product. Velcro on the outside is a great touch. Excellent for name tags, blood groups, ZAP tag and a morale patch etc. Already made itself useful in the field. Highly recommend!
