This book covers everything anyone could possibly want to know about OD written by the greatest thought leaders in this discipline. A great read, a fabulous resource. Superbly put together. This book is a treasure.

Is an okay book for college-level courses on organizational development. It covers a wide range of topics and provides a solid introduction to the field, with contributions from various experts. It’s a useful resource, but I found it could have been more concise or practical in its approach. I wish I had kept this book for reference purposes, but the truth is I liked the topics so much I was inspired to get the original works by all the authors themselves. This book is a great annotative resource for people thinking about OD practices or a career in OD.

This book was very helpful in my intro to org class. I am a grad student, so I wanted something that wasn't too blunt. I wanted something to force me to re-read the chapter to grasp concept that I hadn't prior to the reading material.
