UPDATE: JULY 2020 - In getting my home office setup and settled, I needed 2 more DVI-HDMI 6ft. cables for another system. The first set of 15ft cables I bought have been running 50-60 hours a week, and are perfect!BlueRigger cables are definitely high quality, well made cables! These as well as my 15ft cables are bi-directional, so one cable can connect to video card either by DVI or HDMI, and then to monitor with the other end! Very flexible when it comes to video cards/video sources and monitors! I had no hesitation when I needed 2 more to buy again! Cables match exactly what you see in pictures,, shipped fast! I am incredibly happy with these cables! They look and feel super high quality, they do work bi-directionally, and are nimble enough to route through my multi-monitor stand cable management system! I will buy any cables I need that BlueRigger makes going forward! I would highly recommend them and these cables! I was not paid or compensated for this review.

I upgraded my system and decided that I should upgrade my cables in the process. Besides, I also wanted to use the HDMI connector and avoid a possible signal degradation issue when using an adapter.This cable has a very well-built feel to it, nice feeling materials. It connects well with the extended screw grips in the DVI side, and the HDMI side plugs in firmly and stays where it's put. I like the matching blue ends to help identify these connectors among the dozens I have due to the several systems behind my desk.I use this cable to switch between multiple connections on my monitor and it's working great for that purpuse. I can switch to the VGA port to use my KVM and support several systems there, or back to my DVI port and this system. It allows me great flexibility in chosing which device uses the monitor at the time. The length is about right for placing a system on the floor behind a desk and them reaching up to a monitor that's mounted on a arm system like I have. It's long enough that I can swing the arms around and nothing binds. See my other reviews if you are considering a monitor mount as there's a nice one for a good price on Amazon too.

Great cable. Don't hesitate to purchase if you need a DVI-D to HDMI or HDMI to DVI-D. It works both ways.BlueRigger cables are all I use now. I prefer them over any other I've purchased and never had a problem. The terminals always fit well, the cords are flexible, and the plating (gold) seems to hold up better to dust/humidity/corrosion than others I've used.They sometimes cost a little more than amazon basics, but I find them to be of higher quality.NOTE: I used this cord to connect my laptop (Lenovo Yoga 720) to a DVI-D monitor. I have a USB-C to HDMI adapter, then I use this cord to go from HDMI to DVI-D. I already had the adapter, and this was the cheapest work around that didn't require me to carry around another adapter. The product information describes this as a DVI-D to HDMI cord, but as stated above, it works the opposite as well (HDMI to DVI). I cannot comment on any HDCP issues with this setup, but I wouldn't anticipate any issues providing your monitor / tv is compliant.

I have recently had to purchase a new computer for work and previously I had one monitor and I now have the need to have two, but I had a problem in that I was not sure if the included video card would support two monitors, and after getting the cable all that I can say is that it does and I am thankful for that.I have used other cables from Amazon (including their house brand) and have not had any problems, this BlueRigger appears to have a nice build quality and worked right off the bat as it should. I would definitely purchase this brand again and honestly I would have bought something locally, but for the same length cable of no better build quality for $40--- I refuse. Do not get me wrong, I would have easily paid $15 at the local store since I could have had it right then and there and been just as happy, but not 6x what I paid for this one. Cables are where the local stores make a lot of money and if there was a major difference in build quality--- then I could justify it, but there simply are none.Overall nice and the blue anodized ends are a nice touch and definitely worth the purchase.

I first bought this cable in March 2019 (for $8) and ran it between my HP G71 Notebook and Protron PLTV-32 in order to watch films running from the Notebook on the big screen. The cable worked as intended; the connectors fit snugly and remained undamaged, the picture quality was excellent, and the cable had zero fraying, bending or other signs of damage. I used it for about three years and even five years later it still works and shows no signs of slowing down. For being a great cable for the value the “BlueRigger High Speed HDMI to DVI Adapter Cable (10 Feet)” gets a respectable 4/5 stars!

Even though most 3.5mm audio cables are pretty basic and flimsy, I was highly impressed by the build quality of the BlueRigger audio cable. The same excellent build quality is also in this HDMI-to-DVI-D-dual-link cable. The thickness and shielding of this cable is very good, and the gold-plated connectors are solidly built. The cable sheath has the following words printed on it: "High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet E252840 AWM STYLE 20276 20276 80c 30V VW-1 BlueRigger". I am using this cable on laptops connected to a 1920x1200 24" IPS monitor and a 2560x1440 27" IPS monitor. This cable will work with all 1920x1080 and 1920x1200 display monitors.Even though nearly all HDMI-to-DVI and HDMI-to-HDMI cables only advertise themselves as supporting a maximum resolution of 1920x1200, most of these cables will work with a 2560x1440 display resolution. This BlueRigger cable also works with a 2560x1440 display. You will likely need to add a custom resolution since most graphics cards do not officially support resolutions higher than 1920x1200 via the HDMI port. If your graphics card is Intel HD Graphics (3000 or 4000), open up the "Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel" and click 'Custom Resolutions'. Try setting a 'Refresh Rate' of "60 Hz" and a 'Timing Standard' of "CVT-RB" (Coordinated Video Timings - Reduced Blank). If you get an error saying that the bandwidth is too low for the settings, try lowering the 'Refresh rate in 5-Hz increments. If a 60 Hz refresh rate does not work or produces image distortion or flickering, a 55 Hz or 50 Hz refresh rate should work in most setups, but you may have to go as low as 40 Hz or 35 Hz refresh rate, depending upon your hardware setup. If your video card is Nvidia, open up the Nvidia control panel, try setting 'Refresh Rate' to "60 Hz" and 'Scan type' to "Progressive". Expand the 'Timing' menu, set the 'Standard:' timing to "CVT reduced blank", and then click the [Test] button. Again, if you get image distortion or flickering, lower the refresh rate. After creating the custom resolution, you can select the 2560x1440 entry from the Nvidia Control Panel under 'Change Resolution'.

El producto parece de buena calidad y a buen precio. Funciona Perfectamente. Utilizado para unir Tarjeta Gráfica Nvidia Geforce 1060 GTX a monitor Samsung Curvo Full-HD 24" a 72 Hercios en 1080p. Se ve fenomenal!!!. Poco más puedo añadir aparte de recomendarlo.

Un peu cher, mais la qualité a un prix, et finalement j'en ai même vu d'autres moins bien finis et aussi chers, alors prenez celui-ci.Fonctionne très bien, seul le son ne rentre pas sur la DVI et devra être acheminé par un autre câble (RCA stéréo analogique, coaxial S/PDIF numérique ou câble optique par exemple).

Ho acquistato questo cavo - adattatore per collegare la scheda video del pc al proiettore di casa in modo da visulizzare tutti i contenuti (film) e quindi avere una videoteca personale digitalizzata sempre disponibile. Precedentemente al proiettore era collegato (sempre con HDMI) un lettore DVD Panasonic. Con grande stupore e meraviglia ho notato un notevole miglioramento dell'immagine. Non so se dovuto al cavo BlueRigger o alla scheda video del PC, fatto sta' che l'acquisto si e' rivelato indovinato. La qualita' del cavo e' indiscussa, il prezzo vantaggiosissimo e l'organizzazione Amazon ECCELLENTE.

Ich brauchte ein HDMI-DVI Kabel um meinen Rechner an den 40er Samsung LED-TV anzuschließen. Das Kabel wird in einem Karton geliefert (endlich mal keine Frust-Verpackung). Die Anschlüsse haben ein metallisches Gehäuse (fühlt sich sehr wertig an und sieht dabei auch noch gut aus). Die Anschlüsse sind sehr passgenau und man kann das Kabel ohne Probleme anschließen. Das Kabel ist gut abgeschirmt (dadurch ein wenig steif aber immer noch flexibel)und man hat keine Bildstörungen. Blu-Ray in meinem Laufwerk rein und ich war total überrascht, gestochen scharfes Bild und das bei dem Preis. Ich kann nur jedem das Kabel empfehlen.
