Q: What are the measurements of the maps? wade do not answer!!!

These measurements are approximate: Southern Ward: 7.5"x14" Trades Ward: 10"x21" Field Ward: 25"x9" Sea Ward: 18"x20" Dock Ward: 18"x17" North Ward: 13"23" Castle Ward: 18"x29" I hope this helps.

Q: What are the maps made of/printed on?

Same material as the wet erase battle map

Q: I have the 40"×20" vinyl city map. Are these similar and size and are they more detailed than it is?

Each of the wards or districts are a different map and a different size. They are more detailed than the large city map. Well worth getting if you are doing anything detailed in Waterdeep.

Q: what is on the back of these? could they also be used as wet erase play mats on the other side?

The backs are blank. I haven't written on the backs of mine, but I'd think you could since its made of the same material.
