I honestly don't see what are all the bad reviews for 🤷🏽‍♂️ these bumpers are amazing. Hands down they work they just do you can't go wrong with RhinoShield. Also they are customizable. As of now RhinoShield is the only thing I will feel secure having my iPhone XS Max in and you will too... MUST HAVE!!!

The media could not be loaded.  Anyone that knows me knows I break phone more than well more than the average person. I gotta say I’m truly a FIRM believer in these RhinoShield bumpers. Mine has taken a complete beating! I’m talking about dropping on brick, concrete rolled down my vans handicap ramp then onto the street, rocks and anywhere else you can imagine. Never once even scratched the screen or the back glass. I highly recommend one if you want great protection with little to no bulk

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to do it for this Rhinoshield Bumper. This is my third bumper I bought one for the iPhone 7plus (which had flaws) , one for the iPhone SE (which is perfect) , and this one for my iPhone XS Max !First the color is a bright red .. I love it ! Is way much better in person than in pictures, second the feel , is sturdy is nice is everything I wanted to be. Now remember that my iPhone 7 Plus bumper had flaws, well in this IPhone XS Max bumper the flaws are GONE! FINITO! SAYONARA! They usually break where you mute your phone and around your charging port this is perfected on this bumper and by far you can the engineering they put into this stuff.. it’s NASA STUFF!I was hesitant because of the price and I ended up buying a case that was protective but way too bulky and I hated my phone it’s just wasn’t right ! Then I say whatever I need my rhinoshield and pull the trigger and voila! I LOVE MY PHONE AGAIN! Thank you RHINOSHIELD!!!

This case is very sturdy yet buttons work with ease. This case has no back but still protects the camera and works fine on my wireless charger. Case is grippy so when I pull out of my pocket I don't drop my iPhone. I had a hard time finding a bumper case with no back if that is what you want this is the case to get. Price looked a little high but after seeing the quality I think it is fair.

This ill fitting piece of plastic with the pathetic stick on scratch guard is not worth the money. I had to go back to the description and search and search to find out where it said that you needed to purchase an extra part (the plastic back shield) to make it at all usable. Don’t bother. I threw this in the garbage. It was not worth returning. I chalked it up as a lesson to myself to carefully read what I am getting when I make a purchase. Normal assumptions don’t always apply!

My photo shows that this case is about 20% thicker than my old full coverage case.Anyone who buys a bumper case is obviously going for minimalism rather than maximum protection. It doesn’t make sense to me to make this case would be designed to be anywhere near this thick. I don’t care about your drop videos!Unfortunately this is the only black XS Max bumper case on the market right now. I’m going to return it and buy a (much cheaper) thin full coverage case.

Pros: Seems strong, I doubt it would break easily.Cons: I was hoping for something like the old Apple bumper cases (which I was a huge fan of) with a soft but firm feel. This bumper case feels too stiff, rough on the edges and not really comfortable to hold. I went back to my old full back Spigen case.

My go to case/bumper. My xs max has fallen from chest height. I’m a 6’2” man... survived the fall numerous times on my ceramic tile floors. One gripe I have is that over time it does stretch a bit and the button caps have all fallen out making the buttons hard to press.

This bumper, whilst looks are at a premium - that’s pretty much what you’re paying for. Along with a well known brand.Fits well and protects the bumper - but you’d expect that considering it’s a ‘bumper’ case.My advice ?Grab a spigen or Speck case and feel way happier knowing if your costly investment (phone) hurtles down to the floor - you’re most likely (or your phone) is going to come away from it alive!We spend a fortune on our phones - a costly case can save you a costly repair. But ....in this case (pun intended) you’re taking a gamble.

Just received my Crashguard NX for my iPhone XS Max, I have haven't had much luck with clear cases as they scratch easily and yellow. I don't know why I didn't just get a bumper in the first place.This reminds me of the old bumper for the iPhone 4S which was excellent. While it's early days this Crashguard seems to be the real deal, very grippy, clicky and responsive buttons, decent lip front and back and it also comes with a back screen flim to stop the back of the phone from scratching up.Not to bulky either and I love the way it can be customised as well from different colour buttons and rims to a back plate turning it into a full case.

I've used these bumpers for a while, most recently prior to this one on a one plus three.The new revamped version is ''prettier'' than the plain black, and I like the interchangable buttons - but the material is a completely different texture. This version is slippery, whereas the old one had a more rubber grip to it. I used to confidently keep the one plus three in a belt pouch and just pull it out as and when. This one is way too slippy to do that.I wish they'd left it as it was.

I am a bit of a case fanatic and have bought many for different iPhones over the years but have never been satisfied with any of them, until now.This case for me is ideal. It allows the back of the iPhone to be seen and held whilst using, provides adequate grip and offers the protection needed should it fall.The case feels very high quality in the hand and all buttons are extremely tactile.It works fine for wireless charging also.I highly recommend this case, well done Rhinoshield.

I love it. I can enjoy the feel of my iPhone XS Max with the smooth glass back but have extra grip around the edges and feel confident that if I drop it it’s safe. Fits nice and snug, it won’t come off and all the button bits are in the right place, not like some cases where the buttons aren’t quite right so less responsive. Very happy.
