Review: Good Product - Installation can be tricky notes here - I think many of the people here with complaints about the product are actually having installation issues. I just replaced mine and had a very frustrating time with it, I had several tries where I thought I had it back together but it wouldn't cut anything, was just pulling hairs and was making a ton of noise. Once I got it right the new blade is working perfectly. When you remove the blade there is a small plastic piece that isn't connected to anything it is just placed in there. If it falls out or moves when you remove the blade it can be hard to figure out how to put it back together properly. I recommend when you remove the current blade, go slow, and hold the metal comb face up, and parallel to the ground. Hopefully the plastic piece just stays where it is. If not, then you need to place it curved side down, flat side up below the metal piece so its touching the plastic piece that vibrates to move the blade. Then place the blade over the vibrating piece and push down with some force, then add the comb, also pushing down with some force, and then put the screws in. Good Luck!
