We love LiftMaster gate openers
We love LiftMaster gate openers, and had one that was excellent for 15 years, and probably would have lasted another 15 years (with excellent customer support), but it drowned during the great Houston flood last year, so after we buried it, we needed a new one. This gate opener came in less than one week, despite the web site saying it could take 3 to 4 weeks. Everything was great, but I docked it one star because the off-brand non-LiftMaster included free keypad was not cool, and we were not able to get it to work with LiftMaster, so we ordered a name brand LiftMaster keypad for about $150, and everything works perfect. In Houston, they want $2600 for the same gate opener. Because it took me two days to install this opener (I thought I could do in in less than one day), next time I will pay the $500 to have it professional installed, even though I think I did a better job than a professional would do. I hope all this extra talent on my resume will make it easier for me to get into Heaven
