Hello Tigger,I am the owner of the Mountain Cider Company. The only ingredients are apple cider which has been boiled down, and a spice mix containing cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Apple cider is naturally sweet. Though there is sugar content, it is only from the natural sugars found in apples. Q: How would this work in BBQ sauce ?

It's very sweet so unless you like your BBQ sauce sweet I would say no to the concept. That's sounds yucky to me.

Q: Can this be used in a frozen slushy machine?

This cider can be used to make a frozen slushy. You need to use a bit more cider to water than the normally recommended 7 to 1 ratio

Q: What is the brix of the concentrate?

25g natural sugar per ounce (28.3g) of concentrate or 227g when mixed according to directions. I guess that makes it roughly 8-10 degrees brix.
