Includes plastic punchdown tool and clear cover. Markings on the jack do not match color code on CAT3/5 cable (though they do indicate T1/R1/T2/R2), but the package envelope does show how to wire the BLU/ORG/GRN pairs to the jack. It's a full 6P6C jack.

I bit pricey for a plastic phone jack, but it seems to be the going rate these days everywhere else. It was the same price at Lowe's but they were out and this was delivered to my doorstep within 2 days.

I had no real issues punching down Cat3 to these keystones, but it would be nice if they would color code the IDC terminal block rather than make me refer back to the instructions! Beyond that, no issues and the connections are stable.

Work great, easy to use. The wire color code is stamped in the base where each wire goes--such a timesaver!!!

Wish these weren't quite as pricey as they are but only needed a few since we only have a couple landline phones anymore. Worked perfectly. Punch down was super fast and easy.

I found it a little awkward to do the punch down with the jack on its face. It wanted to wiggle a lot, and one actually broke as I was trying to punch down the wires. You just need to be careful to hold it tight and punch straight down, or you're going to have problems.

worked great, snapped right in to my wall plates. works great to organize all my phone, cable, ethernet, and other wires under my desk.
