Im a full time butcher and this is a must have in my line of work. Makes clean up so much easier at the end of the day. My job has there own but i wanted one that was mine so it wouldnt get dropped or bent. Perfect thickness an large handle makes it easy to grip even when its wet.

I was making a pizza at my house from scratch and I was thinking back to my years making pizza at the pizza place and I was remembering the dough scrapers we had that were a great all purpose tool. And then I remembered it's the third decade of the century and if I liked something from the past it was easy to buy. Helped so much with my candle blocks that I get. Cut right through with no problem. Would definitely recommend if you need it to cut candle flab blocks or even meat.
