Q: How many amps can they handle?

Do you mean how many amps until they instantly vaporize or how many amps until the insulation slowly melts off? Im going to guess 10ms at 600amps will vaporize. Seriously dont use these for more than a couple hundred milliamp.These are for carrying small signals at relatively low frequency for prototyping.

No, their structure is different.

These cables will work with FLIRC boxes.

Q: What wire cutter/wire stripper should i buy for this and what is the correct size?

The big advantage of buying pre made jumper wires is that u dont need wire strippers/cutters. All u do is just plug them into ur breadboard to make a connection. No cutting, no stripping. Just make sure u buy male to male if ur use is breadboard specific. Another advantage, however, is that they also come in female so u can interface to male headers. Just plug them in.
