I want to order this doll but the reviews about the smell are disturbing. Have you made any changes about the scent?

I guess she did have a mild baby perfume scent to her. Kind of nice, not at all disturbing. We have had her a little over a year now so there is barely barely any of this scent left. Not like the Corolle dolls we have that keep their 'vanilla' fragrance forever!! My now two year old actually just got the Melissa and Doug Annie drink and wet doll yesterday. She has the mild perfume too. You really have to get right next to the doll, like with your nose right on her to smell it at all.

I need to know what the appropriate age group is for this doll. Is it appropriate for a 1-year old?

Yes!! We got this doll for my 6 month old. She is one now and has absolutely loved the doll! She hugs her, kisses her, and puts her in a baby stroller.

Is there a change of clothes available for this baby?

no ... there is not ... but its great for a one year old child that probably cannot manipulate changing clothes on a baby doll anyway. my one year old granddaughter loves this baby doll ...
