Well worth it
This product WORKS. I wasnt home and was alerted to a hot water heater leak and was able to get home right away since I was notified. Well worth the money and peace of mind.

Love it! Cheap insurance and piece of mind.
After having my ice maker spring a leak and ruin my floor (while we were gone on vacation) I have installed 3 of these. They link easily and push a notification quickly. Very impressed

I have 6 of these units. They keep me informed on all my potential leak sources.
Great quality! Easy to use and maintain. I receive alerts on leaks, low temperatures and high humidity. All accessible on my phone.

App crashes on opening, support cannot fix
I have purchased about 15 of these water detectors over the past three years and they have worked very well and have saved me from disaster from unplanned leaks. However with the latest version of their app 5.1 on my iPhone X v13.5.1, it is a disaster. The app crashes just as soon as it opens. When I called tech-support the person was clueless as to how to fix it and escalated my issue A week ago and I have not heard back from anyone. Do not buy this you will waste your money because the app flat out doesn’t work and they don’t know how to support it.

Great leak detector
Had to connect but other than that it’s good to go

No instructions available, not working after 2 days.
Could not find instructions to install. Used instructions for Resideo. Then it worked for two days then shut down. Never got it started again.

Won't Reconnect to WIFI
When the WIFI goes down, the unit does NOT reconnect to WIFI. Very disappointing to say the least. The unit is then unusable, unless it is manually reset each time. Shame on you Honeywell for selling such a sub-standard product.
