Sturdy, large, arrived quickly, price was right however the shelves do not move independently so the entire reason I purchased it for is a total fail. I can put my instapot & rice steamer on the bottom shelf both very heavy for me, but I still have to crawl down to the floor on my arthritic hands & knees to try and pull them out which is even more difficult than before now that I have a tight fitting shelf above. I am heartbroken my struggle remains. We bought it for our motorhome and we were out of town when it arrived then when we finally came back it sat in the box for a week or so before getting installed so my return window slammed shut. The picture is very deceiving and I read through the description and could find nothing stating shelves were fixed. I would happily exchange & even pay more for one that works the way I expected this one to :(

This shelf system is very sturdy and was easy to install. It will hold heavy items without the shelf getting bent or distorted while pushing/pulling the shelf in or out. The top shelf is only about 7 inches from the top of the cabinet ceiling, so it doesn't allow for much room to put large items on it. (I would have liked it to be closer to 10 inches!) The top shelf is mostly good to put flat items on it. Given this information, I would still buy this item again because it does help to utilize more of the cabinet space, and I like that it is very rigid and strong enough to hold heavy items like crock pots, etc.

I bought three of these units to go into my kitchen island. These sliding storage shelves are an answer to my inaccessible storage. Being able to slide the items out of the island cabinets is the solution I needed. Yes, they slide out as one unit and that is fine and it works for my needs. These are very well made, heavy duty, the assembly instructions are excellent. I no longer am injuring my back due to bending, twisting, and contorting my body to access pots, pans, bowls in the back upper shelve of my kitchen island.I had to adjust the template for the pre-drilled screw holes due to my cabinet doors set into the actual cabinet box. Instead of folding the front to go over the front edge, I lined up my cabinet edge and template edge to one another and it worked great.

I had rollout shelves installed in all my cabinets except for one. For that one, I planned to use these 2 tier pull out shelves. They are sturdy and very well made...impressive even. However, after my installer cut out the half shelf and installed the bottom piece, it would not fit! I measured incorrectly and it was about an inch too wide. However, I plan to find another place to use them in my house. They are just so very well made. The shelves themselves are very roomy and the mechanism works well. Be sure to measure twice, and to measure from the outside trim of your cabinet. The way the supports are put together on the outside of the shelves is what takes up room. I love that they move independently, unlike many others.

I'm giving this a five because it is well built for the price; easy to assemble if you pay close attention to the dimensions. That was my fault so we were determined to make it work in a tucked away corner of my kitchen. The support pieces to attach upper shelf to lower stick out just enough where we had to modify the cabinet. Will need a piece of trim to rectify. Didn't want to come back at it any further and now it's installed and the other part is an easy fix. This is the second one shipped to me since the first was beat up in shipping. I think the packaging needs to be reinforced more. I noticed all of the tie straps were broken when I unpackaged it. I think that's because it is really heavy and carriers like to throw things around. All in all I'm happy with this roll out.

Probably wondering why I gave it a 4 out of 5 with that title.... I have to say, that this was extremely well built and could probably handle just about anything. Unfortunately, the width was slightly bigger than indicated on the website and therefore had to return the item.For those of you thinking about purchasing this product, please allow 1/2 inch extra on the width to guarantee a good install.Please note that you will have to pay shipping costs for returns, which was very disappointing.

Amazing product, very sturdy/high quality material. The template makes the installation a breeze. The only reasons I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that:1. The upper shelf isn't adjustable2. As it doesn't have dual glides, when you pull it out, the stuff in the upper tray hides the stuff in the lower tray. But at the same time it's half the price of the ones with dual glides.

I loved the product, it was solid well made but DID NOT fit a 14" opening. I even tested the tray and there was room to spare but when you built the tier of the 2 shelves (which was easy) The trays with the supports on the outside would not fit through the cabinet opening. I was very disappointed. If you have a 15 1/2" opening it would be wonderful.
