I had been looking for something that worked on a cell service for my wife as she travels for work, this product is perfect! She ended up getting lost in San Francisco late at night and was able to successfully put this to use- she feels that it saved her life.Great product, great for the solo traveler.

This system is great if you live alone or find yourself walking around at night a lot. The response time is quick and I just feel safer knowing it is there.

I received the FOB in the mail days before the expected date of arrival. The company's co-founder personally called 3 times (kept playing phone tag) and emailed links and videos to help me set up the app on my phone. He then set up a phone appointment after the holidays and walked me through the entire process. Once he found out that I had a suit office he had me email him the exact location address for the gps, and he personally entered it into their system so that if the police were ever alerted they would know exactly where to go. He also told me about all the security features and how ever if an attacker caught on the the alert they have set in place a way for the attacker to believe the alert was disarmed. I feel so much safer and I would 100% recommend this to anyone. Once they get more product I will be getting this for my real estate friend, mom, and fellow mental health counselors. !

This is a practical device to have on my phone or around my neck. It looks like a thumb drive. I'm out driving around in the rural country at night. I have loaded all of the information that is needed, including my photo. The customer service staff is excellent. When I first received it, I accidentally tried it out. My cell phone was called immediately, but I couldn't find it quick enough. Next my house was called and I answered the phone. Of course if there had not been an answer the police would be next to arrive at my location. I had seen this on Shark Tank and couldn't wait until it was available for sale. It was just what I was looking for. If you are in an area that does not have great cell service this will convert to text and even to beeper technology and continue signal as long as needed. Your location is pretty much assured. I love the safe pin protection. These folks thought of everything.

Did lots of research to Fay this device for my daughter. I loved the procedure they use to prevent false alarm. And how police can locate the user based in gps coordinates and altitude. Hope this company can expand their markets share since they are the only ones that does it all right!
