I did not notice any difference on my lips other than an irritation. Perhaps it was an allergic reaction to some other ingredient in the product but i just wants fond of it. Using a good sugar scrub on the lips and a deep conditioner will do a much better job than a retinol product for the lips. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ lip lines *by D***T on September 25, 2012* I bought this to help with lines around my lips... (woman in late forties). After 3 weeks I realized that the lines were 90% less visible. Not kidding. I use pretty high-end products normally, but nothing was really working. I knew retinol was the only answer. No one really is making a lip product with retinol (high-end or not). This is IT. Nice fresh smell and taste (b/c you do get some on your tongue). Minty/tingly, but gently so. Nice convenient tube w angled tip to apply with fingers or directly. I apply it regularly (AM/PM). Also subtly and mildly plumps thinning lips. I have fair skin and always, always, always, dry lips, especially at the corners of my mouth. It's uncomfortable and makes lipstick or gloss application tough as everything collects in the dry corners of my mouth including globs of lipstick if I don't watch it.This stuff really and truly works as advertised - it smooths out the dryness at the corners of my mouth and softens my lips without leaving a noticeable residue so I can go on to apply my other lip products like pencil, stain, lipstick, or gloss. It does not require frequent application either.At last a lip conditioning product that actually does what it says it will do. I like to apply it before bed which works very well.
