Go Pet ClubHuge Cat Tree, Beige

This product is much nicer than the picture shown on the site and well worth the money. It is sturdy, well made, and very attractive. I have to say that it is very large, and well worth the money. For some reason I thought that I was ordering a 72" cat tree, but I guess I really did not read very well, because half way through assembly my husband and I realized that we had to move it to another room with larger ceilings to finish assembly. I only have one cat and she absolutely loves this cat tree but I think that it is deserving of more cats or kittens, so maybe a trip to the humane society is in the near future!I know that some gave this product only four stars because of the assembly instructions, but I did not think that it was that difficult. Actually, if you just look at the picture, you will be able to put this together without any problems. The instructions are not detailed by any means, but it is no reason, in my mind to give this less than five stars.I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a large, sturdy, and attractive cat tree for their pet(s).

This thing is huge and it seems to hold up well. Our 14 pound cat sleeps easily in the little basket/hammock things, but our 20 pound big-boy won't even try it. It was easy to put together and doesn't seem to move much when they jump up. Also, they both really love it. We sprinkled cat nip all over it after we put it together and they both went nuts playing. They still play that hard even after the cat nip has worn off. Neither uses the brushes at the bottom much, but they both love the rope wrapped columns.I do have some complaints though. First, the 2 cubbies are tiny and useless. One of our cats can get in it, but he doesn't like it because he can't lay down. The other cat, can only stick his head in. Also, the hardware to attach the ladders was missing. It worked out because our boys like to stretch out on the platforms, and they wouldn't be able to with the ladders in place. However, if we ever have a kitten again I'll want the ladders on there.

This thing is AMAZING! HUGE and complex, my two kittens have been even MORE active than their normal spastic selves in the past day since I assembled it. REALLY EZ to put together, but for one point... BEWARE, the two triangular cat rooms are NOT identical (which is why the instructions list them as two different components rather then two of the SAME one) but they don't elaborate as per the difference. One of them has a hole in the bottom that DOES NOT go all the way through while the SAME HOLE on the other one does... and this is because the one that does NOT go through is there to support a hanging play rope while the one that DOES is there to support a cloth covered tube. Make SURE YOU DIFFERENTIATE them or you will; have to disassemble the top third to correct it if you get it wrong. And this is a VERY small issue as long as you are aware in advance of it. GREAT value for the money!!!

We have purchased this cat tree twice. The first version, purchased in January 2010 was great and the cat's loved it. Very sturdy. They literally wore it out. So we just purchased another and it is NOT made the way the first one was. It is not nearly as sturdy, the posts are narrower and the platforms are thinner. We haven't had it up a week and the pile is already coming apart. When one cat jumps off the whole thing shakes. I will not be buying another product from this manufacturer again. No problem with the seller. It was delivered fast, but the item is a piece of CRAP!

This is my second cat tree from Go Pet Club.My two cats love it. One prefers to sit on the top of the uppermost cubby, while the other prefers lounging in the hammocksThe assembly process isn’t bad either, but I do wish some of the poles had been labeled with the part number.Assembly would probably be easier, not to mention quicker, with two people. I put it together by myself, so it is very much doable even without a helper.Expect assembly to take an hour or two, depending on how handy you are with flat pack.My apartment has 9ft ceilings, so I swapped out the original upper poles with longer ones from my old cat tree, in order to secure the anchor to the ceiling. The base is big enough that it probably would have been okay in its corner even without it.

I bought the "Go Pet Club Cat Tree, 50W x 26L x 72H, Beige" 2 years ago for our 3 cats and it was well made and has stood up to the test of time with our very active cats. Because of that experience with Go Pet Club, we decided to buy this cat tree as it fits in the corner better than the other. We've been using this one about 3 weeks now and the flimsy faux fur around the bottom pole is already shredding from our cats scratching at it. All of the poles should have been wrapped in sisal rope rather than that thin, inexpensive faux fur material. Also, the hammock on the independent pole covered in the faux fur isn't strong enough to support even a fairly small cat (less than 7 lbs), so I know if you were to have a larger cat, this pole would absolutely bend and possibly break off. Realising this, we simply altered the design by hanging the second hammock just under the top box so it was better supported, especially since we have ours anchored to the ceiling, and this has worked out well for us.I'm not sure how this particular cat tree will stand up compared to the first, but our cats certainly love it, especially since they can get up much higher than before, and I'm happy with the smaller footprint of this cat tree. But I suspect we'll have to wrap all of the faux fur polls with sisal before the month is out and, for $135.00, that should never happen. I'd say it's okay if you're willing to make some adjustments, but it you're looking for a high-quality cat tree, this isn't it.

I was extremely pleasantly surprised when the cat tree arrived. Very high quality materials..I have two adult cats and they had 6 kittens (giving them away soon :) )who are about 2 months old and there is ample space for all of them.My male cat is a large breed chartreaux and he fits comfortably inside the cat tree enclosed sections..they love it..i did have to spray it with catnip for him to go to it because he is a bit picky but it worked and he even lays on top of the very top section and as I mentioned he is a heavy, large breed and it holds him perfectly with no reservations as to it caving in or breaking...I am so happy with this purchase and highly recommend it .

My cat loves it

This CAT tree couldn't even support my 2 KITTENS (weighing less than 8 pounds each)!! While they were playing on it we noticed the legs were becoming loose and even becoming disconnected to the screws. Upon further inspection we noticed the end caps (where the screws go in) were actually disconnected from the scratch post itself. When we took the scratch post off the base of the cat tree we noticed they have manufacturing defects consistent with gross porosity which ultimately lead to the structural failure of the cat tree and posed a huge safety risk. Not only was the plastic full of porosity, it also was cracked and broken.After numerous emails to Go Pet Club they were unwilling to send us replacement parts and proved time and time again they not responsible for the product as we didn't buy it directly through them. After arguing with them for days, with substantial evidence that they pieces were poorly made, they informed us that we would have to pay another $60 for 4 replacement parts of I wanted my kittens to be able to use the cat tree. I WILL NEVER again purchase ANYTHING from Go Pet Club and would highly encourage you to do the same.

Cats don't use it since a platform is broken and they are uncomfortable playing on it, haven't found an easy solution to fix it yet either.
